If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return or exchange any item within 90 days of receipt for items that have NOT been damaged or altered.
For US and International Customers, we will credit your account with the cost of the return shipping charges AND cover the cost on the outgoing exchange. We regret at this time that we cannot offer free return shipping to our customers in the United States and Internationally. Currently, custom regulations are prohibitive to offer this service outside of Canada. We are working on it though!

Making a Return
NOTE: Second and subsiquent returns or exchanges will be charged at our normal expedited shipping rates.
We require a Return Authorization Number to be obtained BEFORE the return is made.

Making A Return/Exchange in Person
For your convenience, if in the Toronto area, you can make your return or exchange in person at our showroom at the above address. Please see here for MAP.
Making a Return/Exchange By Mail
Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible or in an appropriate alternative package. When sending the package, please include the invoice or a copy of the invoice along with the Return Authorization Number with your return/exchange request.
If in Canada, simply call 1-877-857-7437 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number as well as a pre-paid return label. Securely affix the return label on the package and drop at any Canada Post outlet.
If outside of Canada, package and seal the container and send back to the above address. We suggest to insure the package as SPIER & MACAKAY will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped via third party.
When Will My Credit Card Be Refunded?
Once your package has been received by us, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
