Have a concern about fitting or sizing? Not to worry. We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all domestic returns and exchanges within Canada (Online Orders Only)

Not Satisfied? Take 30 days to think about it. (Off-the-Rack)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you may return or exchange any regular priced item within 30 days of receipt for items that have NOT been worn, washed, damaged or altered.

14 Days for Sale and Bundled Items.

The only exception to our 30 day policy is for Sale and Bundled items. These items are eligible for exchange or return up to 14 days after delivery. Sale items include items purchased with discount coupon codes. We are very confident of the quality of these products, but sales are in place to make room for fresh arrivals. This is plenty of time to determine if the colour, fit, etc. is right for you. Items must NOT have been worn, washed, damaged, altered and have the tags still attached.

Items marked FINAL SALE in the product description are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. (These are only found on certain items already marked "SALE")

Bundle Pricing - Partial Returns/Refunds

Items returned for a refund which were purchased as part of our bundled price offer, and the balance order becomes less than the originally advertised bundle minimum, the balance items will revert to their original unbundled price.

Price Adjustments

To be eligible for a price adjustment, the identical size/colour/fit of the item must be in stock at the time of the request.

We honour price adjustments for purchases made within 7 days of an adjusted price in the form of a refund of the difference. We offer a store credit for the difference up to 14 days of an adjusted price. After 14 days, price adjustments are not eligible.

Returns from USA

SUIT/SHOE:

Your first suit / sportcoat / shoe return is FREE.

If you want to give our suits or sportcoats or shoes a try, but are on the fence about fit, quality or anything else, we are now offering first time suit, sportcoat & shoe customers FREE returns on their purchases. Even if you have purchased anything from us in the past, and this is your first SUIT or SPORTCOAT or SHOE purchase, the return on that item will be FREE.

Simply email customer service at info@spierandmackay.com Request an RA# and UPS prepaid Return Label.

All Other Items:

For US Customers, we will credit your online store account with the cost of the return shipping charges (up to a value of $15 CAD) AND cover the cost on the outgoing exchange. To be eligible for the credit, all returns from the USA must be via United States Postal Service Regular Ground Service Return packages from the USA must be marked clearly as "Returned Merchandise". Omission of this marking forfeits the returnee from eligible store credit. We regret at this time that we cannot offer free return shipping to our customers in the United States. Currently, custom regulations are prohibitive to offer this service outside of Canada. We are working on it though!

FOOTWEAR

We are happy to offer you free, first-time return/exchange as we appreciate you giving us a try.

Should you wish to return/exchange your purchase, please notify us at info@spierandmackay.com within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Kindly note the following conditions apply for returns/exchanges : 

  • The shoes must be returned in the same condition as you received them.

  • Please try the shoes on a carpeted floor to avoid any excessive creasing and/or scuffing on the leather and soles

  • Please make sure you don’t wear them for an entire day at home or in the office as once the leather has been molded to your foot (which only takes less than one hour of being tried on) the shoes are no longer able to be re-sold.

  • Please note that customers are responsible for all expenses related to returns/exchange of non-faulty items after the first free return.

  • Refunds will only be issued after we have received the shoes and inspected them.

We carefully check all shoes prior to dispatch. However, should you receive any footwear that has been damaged in transit, please notify us as soon as possible.

Failure to meet the conditions of the return will result in deductions from your refund. Returning shoes without the shoe box will incur a $10 deduction from the refund.

Returns from the USA are solely the responsibility of the customer. SPIER & MACKAY has no control over packages originating in the United States and is not responsible for any custom charges on packages originating in the United States. Items requiring SPIER & MACKAY to cover custom charges on return packages will be turned back OR charged back to the customer.

 (Made to Measure items are not eligible for refund or exchanges. However items can be sent back for alterations and if necessary, replacements. Please see terms and conditions before ordering.)

 NOTE: Second and subsequent returns or exchanges on the same order will be charged at our normal expedited shipping rates and are not free of charge

 Items that have been worn, damaged or altered in any way are not eligible for return, exchange or price adjustment. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/EXCHANGES (Outside Canada & USA)

 For all orders outside Canada & USA, we regret at this time that we do not offer free return shipping. Currently, custom regulations are prohibitive to offer this service outside of Canada. We are working on it though!

 The cost of the return/exchange charges will be the responsibility of the customers. All duties and custom charges need to be paid in advance by the customer.

 Returns outside Canada & USA are solely the responsibility of the customer. SPIER & MACKAY has no control over packages originating outside Canada and is not responsible for any custom charges on packages originating outside Canada. Items requiring SPIER & MACKAY to cover custom charges on return packages will be turned back OR charged back to the customer.

Making a Return (Online Orders Only)

We require a Return Authorization Number to be obtained BEFORE the return is made. Please email us at info@spierandmackay.com or call 1-877-857-7437 to obtain this number.

Items marked as FINAL SALE are not returnable.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Making A Return/Exchange in Person

For your convenience, if in the Toronto area, you can make your return or exchange in person at our showroom at the above address. Please see here for MAP.

Making a Return/Exchange By Mail

Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible or in an appropriate alternative package. When sending the package, please include the invoice or a copy of the invoice along with the Return Authorization Number with your return/exchange request.

 If in Canada, simply call 1-877-857-7437 or email info@spierandmackay.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number as well as a prepaid return label. Securely affix the return label on the package and drop at any Canada Post outlet.

 If outside of Canada, package and seal the container and send back to the above address. Packages returning from the United States must be sent back via USPS Regular Ground service to be eligible for reimbursement of shipping charges with credit (up to a value of $15 CAD). We suggest to insure the package as SPIER & MACKAY will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages shipped via third party.

 Please note that Free Returns are for ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY. In store purchases are not eligible for free returns via mail.

When Will My Credit Card Be Refunded?

Once your package has been received by us, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
